Taking care of all your marketing needs
This service is 100% tailored to your needs and adapts to the on-going marketing requirements of your organisation, covering any/all tasks that can be considered marketing activities (some common activities listed below).
The best parts of in-house expertise plus the best parts of outsourcing
This service plan is designed to meet the needs of start-ups that have on-going marketing requirements and to provide all the benefits of in-house marketing expertise (flexibility, responsiveness, dedication, etc) without having to commit to the cost of hiring marketing staff for a workload that may amount to only one day per week or even per month.
A system to fit your business
Getting to know a client, finding out about their current/past marketing activities and their goals for the future allows us to create a plan to cater for the proposed schedule. Sometimes one day per month is sufficient to take care of everything and other times more frequent attention is required. A client may even prefer to split a two-day-per-month schedule into four-half-days to maintain even more flexibility. It’s always possible to find an arrangement that will suit.
Uncertainty and rapid growth demands flexibility and fast reactions
To take into account the need of start-ups to react quickly, it is always possible to temporarily add an extra day to the schedule if you identify an urgent requirement. To facilitate this, I ensure that the number of clients I take on is strictly limited so as to have available days each and every week to accommodate unexpected events.
